espresso martini
- 2 cups chilled espresso
- 2 cups vanilla vodka
- 1 cup coffee liqueur
fill a large cocktail shaker halfway with ice. add espresso, vodka and coffee liqueur. shake well (until foamy) and serve in chilled glasses. for fun garnish with espresso beans or better yet, a little chocolate sauce.
serves 8.
