cocktail hour {a day late}

lavender grapefruit gimlet

-3 oz. plymouth gin
-1/2 oz. lavender simple syrup
-fresh lime juice

mix in a cocktail shaker with ice. for lavender simple syrup, boil equal parts sugar and water with fresh lavender. garnish with a slice of grapefruit that has been bruleed with a creme brulee torch.
