a cool project

This diy project was a recent post at design*sponge and I liked the idea so much that I wanted to share it here. I know that my grandmother - a savvy profile writer interested in celebrating memories and family history - will particularly like it.

Inspired by an old-school card catalogue, the creator dates each card and includes a special memory from that recorded date. The cards are sorted chronologically and can be added to over the years. I think it's a really clever (and slightly vintage) way to keep track of the moments that we never want to forget - and much easier than writing long entries in a journal!
