cocktail hour {dessert}

It's so warm out tonight and I'm thinking this super easy strawberry daiquiri would make the perfect night cap. I'm not a fan of drink mixes so I love the idea of using strawberry sorbet (or mango) instead.

real simple strawberry daiquiri

Combine 1 pint strawberry sorbet with 1.25 pints light rum and 6 cups of ice in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

OR if you're craving chocolate instead of a cocktail try making a homemade ice cream sandwich with strawberry daiquiri sauce instead.
