fashion prints as art

I started a mini collection of Marc Jacobs print ads with the plan to one day frame and use them as inexpensive art in my bedroom or closet (if I ever have one big enough to be it's own space). His ads are typically very strange (and not necessarily pretty) but I was really drawn to the imagery created for his spring 2009 collection so I've saved them for now.

I also love the idea of framing vintage vogue covers...

And the fall/winter 2009 Chanel and Burberry ads are really stunning black and white images that I think would look fabulous together...

Or I think it would be fun to mix and match different sizes of vintage frames with colorful fashion ads such as these for Kate Spade and Bottega Veneta...
