cocktail hour

I'm running out to have dinner with friends but thought this cocktail recipe from the September issue of MSL might be worth a try. I'm obsessed with anything pomegranate. Enjoy!

pomegranate-honey coolers

Combine 1 bottle dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) and 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice in a pitcher. Add 2-4 tbsp of honey, and stir until dissolved. Divide among 6 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lemon slices.
