industrial interiors
there is a great article in the globe about restaurants and stores that are beginning to use sustainable furniture and salvaged accessories increasingly more, especially with the economic downturn. the use of flea market materials, scrap lumber, and other old, once useless items create homey spaces that fit in more than sleek and modern spaces that may intimidate rather than inspire.
