{a late} cocktail hour


tangerine margarita


- 8 oz silver tequila
- 4 oz orange liqueur
- 4 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz frozen tangerine concentrate, thawed
- 1 tbsp honey
- grated zest of 1 tangerine
- 4 tangerine slices
- ice cubes
- fresh mint (for garnish, optional)

Combine tequila, liqueur, lime juice, tangerine concentrate, zest and honey in a blender and process until smooth. Pour over ice filled glasses and garnish with tangerine slices and mint.
