cocktail hour {a skinny cherry bomb}

I don't know why but on New Year's Eve this year I decided cherry vodka would be the perfect choice to ring in 2010. I used to hate cherry flavored anything, but it's grown on me over the years. Instead of making it insanely sweet, I kept it simple with flavored seltzer... and it was delicious.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 2 oz cherry vodka (Skyy is pretty good for this) and top with black cherry seltzer water. Garnish with a little fresh lime juice and lime slices.
