This condo listing located at 284 Cambridge Street in Beacon Hill popped up on my homepage (boston.com) this morning and I thought it was too cute not to share. It's a 2 bed+ and although the living area is a little tight, you get what you pay for in the beautiful walnut floors and exposed brick details. I love the french doors leading into the bedroom (which looks like it's front facing and gets tons of light). And the blue-gray on the wall (I am searching for the perfect shade!) looks really pretty against the warm orange tones in the brick and artwork. When Pat and I first moved to the city we looked at Beacon Hill (which is so adorable with it's turn of the century architecture and narrow, cobblestone streets - Charles Street has some great restaurants and shopping too) but we couldn't afford anything that we liked and therefore ended up in the North End (still a fabulous area to live in but a little more attainable). Maybe someday though...?
