I was flipping through old Domino's this weekend and stopped short (again) at Thom Filicia's lakeside cabin featured in the August 2008 issue (kitchen image below). Thom is highly recognized for his time spent on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy as well as for his residential projects and the multiple W hotels he has designed (last image below).
