blue cheese + honey bruschetta

Simple, chic and delicious - my favorite kind of recipe.

blue cheese and honey bruschetta

- 1/2 baguette
- 3 ounces good blue cheese
- 2 tbsp honey

Thinly slice the baguette and broil on a baking sheet until golden brown (1-2 minutes per side). Divide the blue cheese among the toasted bread slices and drizzle lightly with honey.
