thomas keller, of the french laundry and per se, will be signing copies of his new book, ad hoc at home, at the williams sonoma located in copley square. the signing will be on saturday, may 8 at 12 pm for all you foodies out there in the boston area. the french laundry and per se were both recently listed in s. pellegrino's annual world's 50 best restaurants.

new cookbook

stir, from local chef and restaurateur barbara lynch, features 120 italian recipes like baked tomatoes and cheese, brioche pizza, lobster rolls with aioli and so much more. if you're not into cooking then you can visit one of lynch's extremely successful restaurants withn boston like no 9 park, b & g oysters or sportello.

I heard about this book a few months ago, but didn't browse through until a trip to the book store this morning. SO pretty. The authors blend their travel experiences in Turkey with interesting recipes and absolutely gorgeous photography (as shown above). This one is definitely on my wish list! More here.
