etsy shop {little brown pen}

I stumbled across a cute etsy shop today called little brown pen. They sell pretty photographs and postcards of the streets of Paris and I love their groupings by color.

la france

My little cousin just left for 8 months in the south of France. Architecture, food, fashion, art, PARIS... I'm trying insanely hard not die with jealousy (and praying that I can visit her there next spring!)

june

I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend - it's so hard for me to believe that it's June 1st already! We stayed close to home this weekend and had a fabulous dinner at the Square Cafe in Hingham, then threw together a cookout and pool party at my parents house yesterday. It was pretty much a perfect weekend.

Here is a random mix of beautiful things to start off a new month...

parisian glamour

A reaffirmation of my love affair with Vogue. The spread (from the October issue) features model Karlie Kloss - wearing haute couture - and French tennis star Gael Monfils. Photographed in Paris by Arthur Elgort.

(a suite at the Ritz.. can I live here please?)

kari herer photography

Casey and I are planning a day trip to Portland, Maine, in the near future and I wanted to mention a wonderful photographer who lives there. Casey saw Kari Herer's work featured a couple of weeks ago on Boston's Daily Candy - I love how simple, yet gorgeous her shots are. This picture was taken in a market in Paris. You can find more of Kari's work here.
