dream dressing for work

if i could wear anything i wanted to work without worrying about hr guidelines and the appropriate "look" for the finance world, this is what i would wear. these outfits have the right mix of high fashion and effortlessness without seeming too over the top...now if only i could get away with looking this cool at work.

menswear done right

pulling off the menswear trend can be difficult when you're attempting a literal translation and it's still a trend that a lot of people question but i'm a fan if it's done right. leighton meester, who has never been one to shy away from a fashion risk, appeared at the 2010 gotham independent film awards in what i think was a really sexy and chic menswear look.
