I love Erin's post today about the Palihouse Hotel in LA, especially because it's given me some inspiration for using the polaroids I have stashed in boxes around my apartment. I'm obsessed with the idea of a huge collage like this one - the individual images grouped together create a unique piece of abstract art.

leftover polaroids from mv {edgartown}

I bought a scanner today so I was finally able to upload the polaroids that I took during my last week on the Vineyard this summer. Unfortunately these were from my last batch of film... no more polaroids for a while.

goodbye martha's vineyard

Tomorrow is my last day of work here, which means I have one more weekend to enjoy this beautiful place before I have to pack up and head home.

The short list for the holiday weekend is dinner + sunset on the beach in Menemsha, breakfasts at the Artcliff and e-love, afternoons at the beach and long bike rides wherever we feel like going. Hopefully I'll have a lot of pretty polaroids and digital images to share next week.
